Coasting is an introductory Stand Up Paddleboarding program for teens. It’s an active and fun way to get yourself on the water. Surfing Victoria is the state governing body for Surfing, and encourages and supports girls of all ages into water activities with qualified and experienced coaches. Each session sees you guided step by step with the skills to safely and competently learn how to Stand Up Paddleboard, with maximum time on the water. This 60 minute introductory session will see you guided by qualified instructors, getting fit by active participation and having a great time doing it.

What to Bring

You really don’t need much to come Stand Up Paddleboarding with us but you may need to remind yourself due to the excitement of joining us and so this list may help…

  • Bring a towel

  • Change of clothes

  • Wear your swimwear, sports gear or any non restrictive comfy clothing

  • Water

  • A big smile

  • We supply the rest!!

Be prepared for the elements, weather can change: hats, warmer clothes, or BYO your own wetsuit but note SUPing is hot work and we only advise in very cold conditions, wear layers and be prepared if you get to hot/or cold.  Also remember to apply sunscreen before the session.
